Chocolate-layered Yoghurt pots

These delightful yoghurt pots are a perfect treat that combines creamy yoghurt with a rich chocolate layer and a touch of indulgence from Biscoff spread and Easter egg toppings. They're easy to prepare ahead of time, making them ideal for a satisfying breakfast, afternoon snack, or light dessert.
Ingredients:
Chocolate Layer:
* 160ml Soya milk
* 80g Dates (pitted)
* 80g Dark chocolate (melted)
Yoghurt Layer:
* 1-2 tbsp No calorie Maple syrup @slimfoodsonline
* 600g No fat Greek yoghurt
Toppings (Optional):
* Melted Biscoff spread
* Easter egg candy (chopped)
Directions:
1. Drain and rinse the soaked dates. Add them to a blender with the soya milk and blend until smooth and creamy.
2. Stir in the melted dark chocolate until fully combined.
3. Divide the yoghurt evenly among 4 small glasses or jars. Slowly pour the chocolate layer on top of the yoghurt, allowing it to settle slightly.
4. Drizzle with melted Biscoff spread. Refrigerate the yoghurt pots for at least 2 hours, or until the chocolate layer has set.
