Jaffa Cake


  • 80 grm self raisin flour

  • 80 grm caster sugar

  • 30 ml coconut oil

  • 100 ml plant milk (or coconut milk) 

  • Pinch of salt 


  • Preheat the oven.

  • Sift all ingredients then add the wet ingredients.

  • Whisk all ingredients  till mixture is completly smooth.

  • Grease the muffin pan with some coconut oil.

  • Scoop a tbsp of butter into the muffin hole.

  • Bake for 10- 12 mins till golden brown.

  • Take then out of the oven.

  • Let it cool then remove from the muffin pan.

  • Add ur marmalade and spead it on top.

  • Put it i the freezer for 30 mins so tha marmalade could stick on to the cake. Melt ur chocolate.

  • Dip the cakes on to the chocolate and let it sit.
