Jaffa Cake
Ingredients:

80 grm self raisin flour
-
80 grm caster sugar
-
30 ml coconut oil
-
100 ml plant milk (or coconut milk)

Pinch of salt
Procedure:

Preheat the oven.

Sift all ingredients then add the wet ingredients.

Whisk all ingredients till mixture is completly smooth.

Grease the muffin pan with some coconut oil.
-
Scoop a tbsp of butter into the muffin hole.

Bake for 10- 12 mins till golden brown.

Take then out of the oven.
-
Let it cool then remove from the muffin pan.

Add ur marmalade and spead it on top.
-
Put it i the freezer for 30 mins so tha marmalade could stick on to the cake. Melt ur chocolate.
-
Dip the cakes on to the chocolate and let it sit.
