Healthy Millionaire Bars


  • 1/3 cup of coconut flour

  • 1/3 cup almond flour

  • 1/4 cup oats

  • 1 teaspoon Skinny Food Co. Peanut butter

  • 1/3 cup Skinny Food Co. Maple Syrup

  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

  • Melted dark chocolate


  1. In a bowl add the coconut flour, almond flour, and oats, Skinny Food Co. Maple Syrup, and a little coconut oil and mix well.

  2. In a second bowl add a spoonful of Skinny Food Co. Maple Syrup and Skinny Food Co. Peanut Butter a little coconut oil and vanilla and mix well until it becomes.

  3. In a pyrex add the mixture of flour and oats and press it, on top add the second mixture of Peanut Butter & Maple Syrup

  4. Put the chocolate in the microwave to melt and then add it on top.

  5. Put in the fridge for 2-3 hours to cool

  6. Cut into pieces and ready to eat.
