1/3 cup of coconut flour
1/3 cup almond flour
1/4 cup oats
1 teaspoon Skinny Food Co. Peanut butter
1/3 cup Skinny Food Co. Maple Syrup
1 teaspoon coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon salt
Melted dark chocolate
In a bowl add the coconut flour, almond flour, and oats, Skinny Food Co. Maple Syrup, and a little coconut oil and mix well.
In a second bowl add a spoonful of Skinny Food Co. Maple Syrup and Skinny Food Co. Peanut Butter a little coconut oil and vanilla and mix well until it becomes.
In a pyrex add the mixture of flour and oats and press it, on top add the second mixture of Peanut Butter & Maple Syrup
Put the chocolate in the microwave to melt and then add it on top.
Put in the fridge for 2-3 hours to cool
Cut into pieces and ready to eat.
