80-gram self-raising flour
80-gram caster sugar
30 ml coconut oil
100 ml plant milk (or coconut milk)

Steps to Make It
Preheat the oven.
Gather all the ingredients then add the wet ingredients.
Whisk all ingredients till the mixture is completely smooth.
Grease the muffin pan with some coconut oil.
Scoop a tbsp of butter into the muffin hole.
Bake for 10- 12 mins till golden brown.
Take them out of the oven.
Let it cool then remove from the muffin pan.
Add ur marmalade and spread it on top.
Put it in the freezer for 30 mins so that jam could stick to the cake. Melt ur chocolate.
Dip the cakes onto the chocolate and let it sit.
