Peanut Butter Jam Pancake Stack

310cal - 30g carbs - 22g protein - 7g sugar - 4.2g fibre - 5.4g fat



Ingredients:


- 50g banana

- 50g Slim Rice

- 30g plain flour

- 15g chocolate protein

- 10g cocoa powder

- 1tsp baking powder

- Peanut butter to layer

- Sugar Free berry Jam to top



Method:


1. Add the ingredients to a blender (except the peanut butter and jam)

2. Blend until you get a smooth thick mix

3. Cook over a medium heat to form around 4 pancakes

4. Spread some peanut butter on each pancake, stack them, top with berry jam and enjoy!
