Rainbow Cake Pops

Cakes but in different shapes! Cake Pops are made for the sweet tooth in you! You'll want more than one Cake pop. Made from scratch. Made into luxury. Made with Skinny Food Co Muffin mix.

Ingredients: - Serves 24 cake pops

1 x Skinny Food Co. Double Choc Chip Muffin mix

1 x Skinny Food Co. Chocaholic White Spread

2 x Large Eggs

25 ml oil

85 ml water

Colorful Sprinkles


Steps to make it:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C Fan / 400°F / Gas Mark 6).

  2. Add the cake mix, egg, oil, and water into a large bowl and mix well until the mixture is completely smooth.

  3. Pour the mixture into a silicone cake pop tray and place in the oven for 7-8 minutes. The tops should have changed color slightly once fully cooked.

  4. Remove and allow to cool. While you wait, melt the white chocolate spread in a bowl using the microwave. Do this on high heat in short intervals to avoid burning.

  5. Place the cake pops on sticks and dunk in the melted spread before covering with rainbow sprinkles. Repeat until all decorated and refrigerate for 20 mins to allow them to set.

  6. Tuck in and enjoy!
