Serves 3 = 650 calories
1 tbsp Skinny Food Co. White Chocolate Raspberry
4-5 digestive cookies without sugar
3 tsp coconut oil
3 tbsp yogurt
2 tbsp low-fat cream cheese (or Philadelphia for more protein)
2 tbsp stevia Or lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
In a bowl, smash the cookies and add the coconut oil and mix until they become a base.
In a bowl, add the yogurt, cream cheese, 1 tbsp Skinny Food Co. White Chocolate Raspberry, stevia, lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon vanilla and mix well.
Pour the mixture on top of the cookies
Then add the Skinny Food Co. Raspberry Jam and put it in the fridge for 2 hours
