Make a loaf of bread or 6 delicious bread buns.
Skinny Food Co.Gluten Free Bread Mix - 150g
Heat the oven to 170°C.
1. Break open 4 eggs into a bowl and whisk them into foam with a hand mixer.
2. Add 150g of cream yoghurt to the eggs.
3. Add the Skinny Food Co Bread Mix and mix thoroughly.
Leave the mixture to stand for 2 minutes and then shape the bread or buns.
The mixture can be shaped better if you moisten your hands with water.
4. Place the mixture (loaf) or (buns x6) on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
5. Bake for 60 minutes (loaf) or 35 minutes (buns) at 170°C.
After baking, remove the mixture from the oven and let it cool down.
Do not exceed 24°C, relative humidity 70%.
