Slim Noodles: Teriyaki Salmon Style

Introduction

Steps

  1. Marinate the salmon in honey, sriracha & 2 tbsp of soy for 10 minutes. ⁣

  2. Remove noodles from packet and rinse under cold water. 

  3. Add to a pot with rest of soy, sweet chilli and lime juice. Add spring onion and carrots and stir.⁣

  4. In a separate pan, heat the oil with garlic. Add the salmon fillets and cook on each side for about 3-4 minutes. ⁣

  5.  Best served whilst warm, avoid reheating. Garnish with sesame seeds (optional).⁣

  • 2 salmon fillets ⁣

  • 1 Packet of Slim noodles ⁣

  • 4 tbsp soy sauce⁣

  • 2 tsp Skinny Food Co Vegan honey ⁣

  • 1 tsp sriracha ⁣

  • 1 tbsp Skinny food co. sweet chilli⁣

  • 1 tsp minced garlic ⁣

  • 1 large spring onion⁣

  • Sesame oil⁣

  • Half a grated carrot⁣

  • Juice of half a lime⁣
