Slim Noodles: Teriyaki Salmon Style
Marinate the salmon in honey, sriracha & 2 tbsp of soy for 10 minutes.
Remove noodles from packet and rinse under cold water.
Add to a pot with rest of soy, sweet chilli and lime juice. Add spring onion and carrots and stir.
In a separate pan, heat the oil with garlic. Add the salmon fillets and cook on each side for about 3-4 minutes.
Best served whilst warm, avoid reheating. Garnish with sesame seeds (optional).
2 salmon fillets
1 Packet of Slim noodles
4 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp Skinny Food Co Vegan honey
1 tsp sriracha
1 tbsp Skinny food co. sweet chilli
1 tsp minced garlic
1 large spring onion
Half a grated carrot
Juice of half a lime
