Salted Caramel & Peanut Butter Balls

Serves 30 salted caramel & peanut butter balls

  • 180 calories each ball with chocolate

  • 120 calories each ball without chocolate

Ingredients:

  • 3 cup Oats

  • 300 ml The Skinny Food Co Salted Caramel

  • 160gr white chocolate

  • 160gr chocolate

Cooking Procedure:​

  • Place all ingredients in a bowl except the chocolate

  • Mix well the oats, salted caramel & peanut butter & make them into small balls - approx 30 pieces

  • Melt the chocolate separately in 2 glasses in the microwave for about 1 minute

  • Then pour each of the melted chocolate in the glasses onto the balls

  • Add a little coarse sea salt to the dark chocolate chocolates
