Slim Penne Pesto & Tomato Pasta
Slim Pasta Penne Nutrition:
3 x Tbsp Vegan Pesto
4 x Fresh Tomatoes
3 x Cloves Fresh Garlic
1 x Tbsp Fresh Rosemary
1 x Tbsp Fresh Basil
1 x Tbsp Vegan Butter
1 x Tbsp Almond Milk
In Pan add the Butter, Garlic and Fresh Herbs.
Cook the Pasta According to the packet and keep aside.
Add Pesto & Almond Milk to the pan and mix well.
Add Pasta, Chilli flakes and mix together.
Plate up and add fresh Tomatoes and extra chilli flakes and enjoy your low carb/ kcal pasta!
