Our return policy is simple

When you receive your product, you must inspect it as soon as possible after receipt and always before use. Make sure you get a returns authorization number before you return any item to us. You have 5 days to return your order under our 5-day return policy, which starts the day after you receive the product. It's that simple, just follow the steps listed below (see the section titled 'Returns and Refunds') All items must be returned unused and in the original packaging as it was when you received it. Please ensure that when you receive an item you take reasonable care when testing/inspecting it eg. make sure any seals or security labels are still intact.
