Products are sent via ACS courier. All orders from Greece must be paid electronically via Visa or Paypal.
Standard shipping €3.99. Door to door delivery service.
Delivery within Greece is free for orders over €150.
All merchandise orders are shipped within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Delivery 3-5 working days from the departure of the order. Up to 5-7 days for Remote Destinations

Usually, orders are shipped within 1-3 business days for Greece. Order cancellation can be made before the products are shipped either by phone (+357 22316054) or by email at slimfoodsonline@anmatto.com quoting your invoice number in the email.

What is your return policy?

Our return policy is simple
When you receive your product, you must inspect it as soon as possible after receipt and always before use. Make sure you get a returns authorization number before you return any item to us. You have 5 days to return your order under our 5-day return policy, which starts the day after you receive the product. It's that simple, just follow the steps listed below (see the section titled 'Returns and Refunds') All items must be returned unused and in the original packaging as it was when you received it. Please ensure that when you receive an item you take reasonable care when testing/inspecting it eg. make sure any seals or security labels are still intact.
