1. General Terms
 

1.1 This agreement is between you, the Customer ("you" or "the Customer"), and SLIM FOODS ONLINE LTD ("we" or "us"), a company registered in Cyprus (registration number HE242239G, VAT number 10242239G) with its registered office at 12 Pentagieas, Dali, Nicosia, 2540, Cyprus. This website is www.slimfoodsonline.com.

1.2 Please read this agreement carefully. By browsing, accessing, or using this site, or using any services made available through this transaction, you agree to these terms and conditions (collectively referred to as "the Agreement").

1.3 These Terms and Conditions were updated on February 23, 2018. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any modifications will be posted online. If you do not wish to be bound by the new terms, you may terminate this agreement by written notice to us (via mail or email at slimfoods@anmatto.com). Continued use of the service or Website constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

1.4 This agreement does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

  • 2.1.1 "Merchant" means a third-party seller/supplier of goods and services for which a voucher can be redeemed.

  • 2.1.2 "Micro-location" means an auxiliary site that complements the main website.

  • 2.1.3 "Purchase" means the purchase of a voucher.

  • 2.1.4 "Registration" means creating an account on the Website.

  • 2.1.5 "Service" refers to all services provided by SLIM FOODS ONLINE LTD through the Website.

  • 2.1.6 "Coupon" means a voucher subject to terms and conditions, allowing redemption for goods or services from a Merchant.

  • 2.1.7 "Coupon products" means goods/services provided by a Merchant as part of a voucher.

  • 2.1.8 "Website" refers to www.slimfoodsonline.com and any Microsite.
     

3. General Issues Relating to the Website and the Service

3.2 You must be 18 years or older to use this Website or Service.

3.3 The Website, Service, and Purchases are intended for users in Cyprus & Greece. Access from other locations is at your own risk.

3.4 The technique of harvesting material from the Website is not allowed.

3.5 We reserve the right to prevent you from using the Website and the Service.

3.6 You must have an Internet connection and appropriate equipment to access the Website and Service.

4. Registration and Accounts

10. Standards and Limitation of Liability
 

10.1 We guarantee to perform our obligations with reasonable care and skill.

10.2 We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information on the Website and exclude liability for any errors.

10.3 Our total liability to you or any third party is limited to the greater of 50 Euros or 110% of the total amount paid by you within 12 months prior to any claim.

15.5 Notifications must be in writing and delivered by hand, email, fax, or prepaid postage.

15.6 Any provision of this Agreement found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable will be deemed separate and will not affect the validity of the other provisions.

15.7 This Agreement is governed by Cypriot law, and both parties are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Nicosia.
