What are the payment & delivery options?

CYPRUS
Products are delivered 3-4 working days from the departure of order.
Standard Shipping €4,99 Door-to-Door Delivery
Cyprus orders can be paid online or by Cash on Delivery (COD).
Delivery within Cyprus shipping is free for orders over €30.

GREECE
Products are shipped via ACS courier. All orders from Greece should be paid online or Cash on Delivery service.
Standard Shipping €11.99. Door to Door Delivery Service.
Delivery within Greece is free for orders over €150.
All merchandise orders are fulfilled within 24 hours of receipt of your order. 
3-5 working days delivery from the departure of order. Up to 5-7 days for Remote Destinations

What are the payment options?

We accept payments through paypal, debit card, credit card, cash upon delivery.

What if i want to change or cancel my order? Usually orders are shipped within 1-3 working days for Cyprus and 4-6 working days for Greece. Cancellation of an order can be made prior shipping of the products either by telephone (+357 22316054) or by email to slimfoodsonline@anmatto.com stating your invoice number in the email. 

What is your return policy?

Our Returns Policy is really simple​

When you receive your item, you must check it as soon as possible following receipt and always before use. Please ensure that a returns authorization number is obtained before attempting to return any items to us. You have 5 days to return your order under our 5-day return period policy, which starts on the day after you received the item. It's so simple, please follow the steps set out below (please see the section headed 'Returns and Refunds') All items must be returned unused and in the original packaging as they were in when received by you. Please ensure that when you receive an item that you take reasonable care of it when trying it /inspecting it eg. please ensure that any security seals or tags are still intact.

I have damaged items in my delivery – what should I do?

Confirming your order number, date of order and contact details will help us with your enquiry.

How can I return items?

If you have faulty or damaged item(s) then you can return them to us by post in the same condition in which you received them, to the following address;Anmatto Wholesalers Ltd12 Pentageias, DaliNicosia, 2540 Cyprus

Please ensure you have included your order number, date of order and contact details inside the parcel so we can speedily process your credit note and contact you accordingly.
