Base
ā¢ 150 g Peanuts
ā¢ 200 g Oats
ā¢ 30g cocoa
ā¢ 75g Slimfoods Zero Calorie Caramel syrup
ā¢ 100 ml CoconutĀ milk

Orange layer
ā¢ 300 ml Coconut milk
ā¢ 120g Slimfoods Zero Calorie Caramel syrup
ā¢ 2 tbsp corn flour
ā¢ Orange zest
ā¢ 1 tsp turmeric

Cooking instructions šØāš³
1. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper or plastic wrap and set aside.
2. In a food processor add the peanuts, cocoa, oats, syrup and coconut milk, processing until a sticky dough forms.
3. Pour into the loaf pan and freeze for about 20-30 minutes.
4. In a deep saucepan, pour the Coconut milk, add the corn flour, orange zest, turmeric and Slimfood caramel syrup and over low heat, stirring constantly with a whisk until the ingredients are dissolved and a uniform cream is obtained.
5. Spread evenly over the base layer. Place in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
6. Cut evenly into 9 equally sized bars and enjoy!
