Ingredients: 📄
Base
• 150 g Peanuts
• 200 g Oats
• 30g cocoa
• 75g Slimfoods Zero Calorie Caramel syrup
• 100 ml Coconut milk
Orange layer
• 300 ml Coconut milk
• 120g Slimfoods Zero Calorie Caramel syrup
• 2 tbsp corn flour
• Orange zest
• 1 tsp turmeric
Cooking instructions 👨🍳
1. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper or plastic wrap and set aside.
2. In a food processor add the peanuts, cocoa, oats, syrup and coconut milk, processing until a sticky dough forms.
3. Pour into the loaf pan and freeze for about 20-30 minutes.
4. In a deep saucepan, pour the Coconut milk, add the corn flour, orange zest, turmeric and Slimfood caramel syrup and over low heat, stirring constantly with a whisk until the ingredients are dissolved and a uniform cream is obtained.
5. Spread evenly over the base layer. Place in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
6. Cut evenly into 9 equally sized bars and enjoy!
