Slim Lasagne

For a delicious low-calorie and low-fat Lasagne dish. For 2 portion: 400 Calories the whole pan


Greek Besamel:

  • 1 cup oats flour

  • 1 small cube of vegetable butter

  • 4-5 cups of milk or a substitute

For minced meat:

  • Minced Pork 500g

  • Salt Pepper,

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • Onion powder

  • 2 teaspoons tomato


  1. We prepare the Slim Pasta Lasagne based on the instructions on the package

  2. Add the oatmeal, the vegetable butter in a saucepan and mix until it becomes thick.

  3. Then add the milk or milk substitute

  4. Put the minced meat in another pot and simmer

  5. Add salt, pepper, onion powder, and cinnamon.

  6. Then add tomato juice and let the minced meat cook

  7. Prepare béchamel in a pan, and alternate layers of minced meat and Slim Pasta Lasagne
