  • 80g oat flour (blended oats)

  • 80g chocolate whey protein

  • 30g No calorie chocolate syrup @Slimfoodsonline

  • 50g chopped almonds

Coating:

  • 150g melted dark chocolate

Topping:

  • Chopped almonds

  • Salt (optional)

Directions:

1.       In a large bowl, combine the Greek yoghurt, cocoa powder, oat flour, protein powder, and chocolate syrup. Mix well until a thick and consistent batter forms.

2.       Fold in the chopped almonds.

3.       Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Pour the batter into the prepared dish and spread evenly.

4.       Freeze the mixture for at least 2 hours, or until completely solid.

5.       Once set, remove the pan from the freezer and cut the mixture into 8 equal squares.

6.       Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and melted.

7.       Dip each square in the melted chocolate, coating all sides. Place the coated squares on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

8.       Sprinkle with chopped almonds and a pinch of salt (optional) before the chocolate sets.

9.       Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes for the chocolate to harden completely.
