Summer Diet and Nutrition Tips,

Summer is approaching and we all look forward to going to the beaches, relaxing in the sun, and of course taking time to relax!

With this in mind, are you ready physically to take these steps? If not, we have some small suggestions that can make a difference to help your diet to help get you ready for Summer!

Follow these simple steps to enable you to have a "Healthy mind and healthy body"


1.Do not skip your meals!

This may sound obvious and you may already be skipping some meals, but, this is one of the biggest mistakes you can make in your diet! All nutrients and energy are lost! We recommend not to miss breakfast, which is the most important meal of the day because it reduces metabolism and makes weight loss more difficult! Ensure you are eating three meals a day to boost metabolism and help burn fat.


2. Eat foods that will keep you fuller for longer:

Fill your diet with nutritious foods, not bread and pasta! Eat oats, soups, potatoes, eggs, beans, avocados, apples, bananas, and nuts for breakfast.
